Ltd teaching Computer / IT for BCOM and IPCC Students.

CS Vidit Narsana
He is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and passed his Company Secretarship (CS) Examination in the year 2010. He has done his Post Graduation in field of Law from Mumbai University and also holds degree in M. com, from Saurashtra University in the field of Accountancy and Finance. He is currently Practising as Company Secretary at Vasai, Palghar from last 2 years and has in total post membership working experience of 5 years. His area of expertise includes Company Law & Compliances Related matters, RBI, SEBI, FEMA, Intellectual Property Rights, Trust
Mr.Narsana is also teaching at Dr.BabasahebAmbedkar College, Vasai, Palghar and at various coaching institutes situated around Mumbai and suburbs as well as Vasai-Virar region. His teaching subjects includes, Law and Management to T.Y. B. Com, T.Y.BAF, T.Y.BFM, T.Y. BMS, T.Y.BBI [Commerce& Management Students including students pursuing professional studies such as CA, CS, ICWA, LLB ]. He has also written various articles on different issues which were published in various ISBN No. books
