1. What Data we collect
During the process of registration, we collect data relating to your firstname, lastname, address, telephone number , email address, date of birth, pan, aadhar, branch and sub-admin. Further clients can optionally provide data relating to name of partners/directors, their Pan, Aadhar, certain website login details for tax purpose etc. We also store your tax calculations and documents uploaded by you or staff. We collect information about your exact location for the purpose of marking attendance. We also store all the data filled up by you for internal messaging, daily reports, work feedback and tracking etc.
2. How do we collect data
Your personal information is collected from you while opening an account using the registration form. Apart from this we also collect log data while you are using our website directly through the web pages.
3. How do we use this data
The data collected will be strictly used for communication with you by R.M. Hasnani & Associates and sister concern Eduguide Overseas Services Pvt. Ltd.. The data is strictly used by the above organization for the purpose of day to day internal working and is not shared to any other organization.
4. How to discontinue your registration
Your registration is valid only for one year and would automatically be inactivated after one month. We might contact you rarely thereafter and would only be for promotional reasons. If your wish to opt out of this, you can fill the contact form with subject as ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ and we would take a note and your information would be removed from our database.
5. Change in Privacy Policy
Developers of the website, reserve all rights to change the privacy policy. Such change will be communicated to you through your registered email.
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings relating or arising about the privacy policy will be within jurisdiction of Mumbai, India only
